BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Natural disasters in New Zealand cost insurers $41.7 million New Zealand ($29 million) in 2016, Stuff.co.nz reports. Data from the Insurance Council of New Zealand showed that there were more than 2,700 claims related to natural disasters in 2016. However, these claims do not include damage caused by the magnitude-7.8 Kaikoura quake and the floods that followed.
