BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Allianz completes acquisition of Zurich Insurance Morocco

German insurer Allianz S.E. has completed the acquisition of 98.9% of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.'s Moroccan insurance business after receiving regulatory approval, Middle East Insurance Review reports. Allianz acquired Zurich Insurance Morocco for €244 million ($272 million). The Moroccan unit will continue to operate under the Zurich brand during the transition period. All terms and conditions of insurance contracts remain unchanged.
