BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Mr. Tyler, who submitted his resignation to Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley on Tuesday, has been Maryland's insurance commissioner since September 2007. His resignation is effective Jan. 8, 2010.

In a statement, Mr. Tyler said he will work with the governor before his departure to find a replacement to ensure a “smooth transition.” He then will assume his role as chief counsel to the FDA.
