PZU aims to increase share in property insurance business

Michal Krupinski, chief executive of Polish insurer PZU S.A., said has that the carrier’s development of its mutual insurance unit will help it expand its property insurance business, reported Xprimm.com citing The Warsaw Voice.

PZU also announced a mutual insurance agreement with the power group PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., covering five of its power plants and resulting in some 10% reduction in their insurance costs.
