Taiwan's Hotai Motor Co. Ltd. will acquire the nonlife insurance operations of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. in the country, reported The China Post.

Hotai Motor will purchase a 99.73% stake in Zurich Taiwan's nonlife operations for $6.4 billion Taiwanese ($198 million).
