To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Kazakhstan's insurance industry grows 11% in January

Data from the National Bank of Kazakhstan showed that the insurance industry grew 11% year on year in January, reported Forinsurer.

Insurers' premiums totaled 35.5 billion Kazakhstani tenge ($102.5 million) during the month, data showed.

The top five Kazakhstani insurers accounted for 80.2% of premiums.

Payouts in the general insurance sector amounted to KZT 5 billion.

Eurasia Insurance Co. collected highest premiums worth KZT 15.9 billion, accounting for 44.7% of the market.
