BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Jordanian broker Apex Insurance seeks to expand into Egypt

Zuhair Al Atout, chief executive of Jordan-based Apex Insurance, has said that the insurance brokerage is seeking approval from the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority to enter the nation's reinsurance brokerage market, Amwal Al Ghad reports.

Apex has already held talks with the Egyptian regulator and expects to win a license soon, said Mr. Al Atout. Meanwhile, Apex plans to open a branch in the Dubai Financial Centre in April 2017. The broker already has offices in Erbil, Riyadh and Nairobi.
