BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The U.K. government had shelved plans to include small businesses in a specialist flood insurance scheme just months before hundreds of firms were hit by the recent storm Desmond, reports The Independent.
The government should "extend the Flood Re scheme to small businesses," a U.K. politician said.
A government official had earlier concluded that it is not worth setting up a separate plan for businesses, said a source.
Flood Re will become effective in 2016 for home-owners residing on flood plains.
