France-based Scor Global P&C S.E. has opened an office in Kenya's Nairobi city to expand its presence in Africa, reported Daily Nation.
"Scor already enjoys strong support in Southern, Western and Northern Africa, and intends to expand further its African footprint into Eastern and Central Africa," said Hedi Hachicha, an official at the reinsurer. Kenya's Insurance Regulatory Authority has yet to approve the establishment of the new office.
