To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Anbang Insurance bids for office building in Canada

Sources said that China-based Anbang Insurance Group Co. Ltd. has made an offer to purchase a 17-story building in Canada's Toronto city, reported Reuters.

Brookfield Canada Office Properties owns the building.

The value of the deal is not known.

"We are very encouraged by the interest in the property," said Jan Sucharda, chief executive of Brookfield Canada Properties, adding that "we would hope that we would conclude a transaction on that in late Q3."
