To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Gabi Siboni, an official at Israel's Institute for National Security Studies, said that states have been increasingly preparing cyber attack options to target their enemies' critical systems, reports The Jerusalem Post.
They are setting up "red button" options that could be pushed in the event of a full-scale cyber attack, said Mr. Siboni, adding that "the red button allows a state to inflict heavy damages." Cyber attacks could cripple control systems that manage critical infrastructure, Mr. Siboni said.
