One Call Care Management Inc. named Kevin Dotts, former chief financial officer for non-emergent medical transportation broker Providence Service Corp., to the same role, the workers compensation managed care company announced Monday.

For the past three years, Mr. Dotts has served as CFO of Stamford, Connecticut-based Providence — now known as ModivCare Inc. — and its subsidiary, Atlanta-based LogistiCare Solutions LLC, which has been renamed ModivCare Solutions LLC.

He is replacing executive vice president and CFO Fred Pensotti, who has served in the position for Jacksonville, Florida-based One Call for the past three years.
