Origami Risk tool tracks outbreaks, vaccinations

Origami Risk LLC has created an online tool for health care providers, nursing homes and employers to track employee COVID-19 vaccinations and workplace outbreaks of the coronavirus, the Chicago-based risk technology firm announced Tuesday.
The tool will allow employers to track vaccinations of their entire employee populations and monitor virus outbreaks defined as three or more workers reporting coronavirus at a single location in a 14-day period, for government-mandated reporting.
The tool is available to employers who do not use the Origami Risk platform.
