BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation will defer collection of comp premiums until Sept. 1, the agency said in a statement Thursday.

Employers will have an additional three months — the second of such deferment since the pandemic — to pay their June, July and August workers comp premium installments.

Gov. Mike DeWine said the additional payment deferral was created to help employers focus on reopening their businesses and focus on the safety of their employers and customers. In March, the BWC allowed businesses to defer payment of their spring premiums until June.
