MedRisk appoints Martino as president

Kenneth Martino had been promoted to president of managed care company MedRisk LLC.
Mr. Martino, who joined the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based company last year as the executive president of business development, will take the president title from CEO Mike Ryan, who has held both titles for the past two years since founder Shelley Boyce stepped down from the role.
Ms. Boyce remains active with the company, which specializes in the physical rehabilitation of injured workers, as executive chairman.
Prior to joining MedRisk, Mr. Martino served as president and CEO of Broadspire Services Inc., the third-party administrator subsidiary of Atlanta-based claims management firm Crawford & Co. He will report to Mr. Ryan.
