BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Dancing congresswoman's campaign lacked vital partner: comp cover

Workers on the campaign of Rep. Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez ought to be careful about dancing on the roof.

According to the New York Daily News, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, D-New York, was slapped with a $1,500 fine by the New York Workers Compensation Board for not carrying comp coverage from March 31, 2018, to April 30, 2018.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, who at 29 became the youngest woman ever to serve in Congress, ran on the platform of being a Democratic Socialist and a champion of the working poor when she sashayed into the congressional seat after defeating a longtime incumbent in the primary. Critics have blasted her posted dance videos made during her college years, while supporters cheered the rocking representative.
