Trump to nominate MacDougall to OSHRC

President Donald Trump plans to nominate Heather L. MacDougall to the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the White House said in a statement Tuesday.

Ms. MacDougall has been serving as the acting chairman of the commission since January. She was nominated to the commission by President Barack Obama and confirmed unanimously by the Senate in 2014, according to the statement.

Ms. MacDougall is based in Washington and has 20 years of experience representing employers in labor, employment, and occupational safety and health law, the statement said.
