BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Force Awakens, in this case, the workplace safety police.

Britain's Health and Safety Executive, the government agency charged with enforcing the country's Health and Safety at Work Act, has filed criminal charges against London-based Foodles Production (UK) Ltd. over an incident in which actor Harrison Ford was seriously injured while filming Star Wars: The Force Awakens — a movie that has generated more than $2 billion at the box office since its December 2015 release.

Mr. Ford, whose Han Solo is one of the main characters of the original Star Wars trilogy, suffered a broken leg and other injuries in June 2014 while filming The Force Awakens — the first of three Star Wars sequels — when he was struck by a heavy hydraulic metal door on the set of the Millennium Falcon, his character's famous spaceship. Mr. Ford, also the star of the Indiana Jones film series, later underwent surgery on his leg.

Foodles Production is scheduled to appear in court in May to face four charges under the workplace safety legislation and related regulations.

“By law, employers must take reasonable steps to protect workers — this is as true on a film set as a factory floor,” the agency said in a statement last Thursday. “We have investigated thoroughly and believe that we have sufficient evidence to bring the case to court.”

Perhaps this calls for a Jedi mind trick.
