BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Willis Towers Watson PLC on Monday said it was reorganizing its global leadership ranks across two business segments and three geographic regions.

The move follows earlier announcements naming Carl Hess as president and CEO from Jan. 1, 2022, and Andrew Krasner as chief financial officer.

In a statement, Willis said from Jan. 1, its business segments are health, wealth and career, and risk and broking. The three geographic regions are Europe, International and North America.

Corporate functions have also been expanded to include two new focus areas: operations and transformation, Willis said.

Among the leadership revamp, Alexis Faber is chief operating officer and Alistair Swift is head of global lines of business – risk and broking and CEO of Willis Ltd.

Nicolas Aubert, current head of Great Britain and CEO of Willis Ltd., is leaving the company to pursue new interests.

Scott Burnett is chief commercial officer – risk and broking, Marco Boschetti is head of retirement – health, wealth and career, while Adam Garrard is head of risk and broking and Julie Gebauer is head of health, wealth and career.

In addition, Joe Gunn will take up a new role as chairman of corporate risk and broking North America, focused on business development, senior level talent acquisition and retention, market relationship management and strategic business execution, Willis said.

John Bremen has also been named to a new role developing a corporate function known as innovation and acceleration.

The global leadership team will begin working together immediately, Willis said.

The proposed sale of Willis to rival Aon PLC collapsed last month in the face of regulatory opposition, after which Aon also reshaped its top leadership ranks.
