Alliant snags Willis exec for public entity practice

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has recruited former Willis Towers Watson PLC executive Kaci Snyder as senior vice president in its public entity practice.
Ms. Snyder will work with self-insurance pools to provide brokerage, underwriting, marketing and administration services, Alliant said in a statement Friday.
Nashville, Tennessee-based Ms. Snyder was previously an executive vice president at Willis where she led brokerage and administration services for several pools.
Alliant recently hired former Willis public entity leader Mark Goode, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, to establish a public entity, education and pooling practice, expanding its presence throughout the Eastern seaboard.
Alliant is the 10th largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
