RPS hires senior property broker from Aon

Risk Placement Services Inc. has hired former Aon PLC broker Lisa C. Duncan as executive vice president-property in its brokerage division, based in New York.
In the new role, Ms. Duncan will work on more complex property placements in the Northeast, the Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based managing general agent unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said in a statement Tuesday.
Ms. Duncan will focus on accounts with larger schedules of value and various catastrophic exposures, RPS said in the statement.
She will report to John Head, president, National Brokerage for RPS.
With more than 13 years of property broking experience, Ms. Duncan was previously national property leader for Aon’s private equity middle-market broking unit, RPS said.
