Axa XL digital leader Stanway moves to Lloyd’s

Hélène Stanway, former global head of technology innovation at Axa XL, a unit of Axa SA, has joined Lloyd’s of London as market engagement and adoption lead.
Ms. Stanway said she will initially focus on the adoption of data fields and standards at the insurance market and then focus on making the market more technology- and data-driven.
She spent more than 20 years at Axa XL and its predecessor companies, initially working in reinsurance operations and more recently as a leader in the insurer’s technology and innovation efforts.
Ms. Stanway was named one of the 2018 Business Insurance Women to Watch.
