AssuredPartners buys Illinois broker

AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired J. Matsock & Associates Inc. of Naperville, Illinois, Assured said in a statement Friday.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Matsock has $2 million in annualized revenue. Its eight employees will join AssuredPartners of Illinois under the leadership of Bill Hayes, AssuredPartners agency president, the statement said.
Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners is the 12th-largest broker of U.S. business with about $1.4 billion in annual brokerage revenue, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
