Boston-based wholesaler One80 Intermediaries has acquired International Excess Program Managers, a Beachwood, Ohio-based wholesaler and program manager that operates in 50 states.
IEPM specializes in property, liability, inland marine, errors and omissions, directors and officers, commercial auto and umbrella coverage, said One80, in its statement last week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In addition to wholesale access, IEPM builds tailored multistate insurance programs for specialty industries, associations and groups of policyholders, according to the statement. Services include underwriting, rating structures, policy insurance and regulatory compliance, it said.
One80, which is privately held, has 19 locations nationwide and offers placement services and binding authority for property/casualty, financial lines, personal lines and medical stop loss risks.
Wholesaler U.S. Risk LLC said Friday it has acquired Houston-based U.S. E&O Brokers, a wholesaler and managing general agency that focuses on professional lines coverage for insurance agents.
