AssuredPartners buys Las Vegas agency

AssuredPartners Inc. has bought Las Vegas-based Aniello Insurance Agency Inc., the brokerage said in a statement Friday.
Terms were not disclosed.
Aniello has 11 employees and annual revenue of $3 million, Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners said in the statement.
The agency, which places commercial and personal lines of insurance, will remain under the operational leadership of Rick Aniello, the statement said.
AssuredPartners was the third most acquisitive brokerage in the United States and Canada last year, according to Optis Partners LLC. It is the 12th largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
