BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Wax figure of Kim Kardashian West

Seen-everywhere celebrity Kim Kardashian West has made up her mind: Her photograph is worth more than $10 million, and she’ll sue to prove herself correct.

As reported on celebrity new sites TMZ.com, the reality star is suing a makeup app for allegedly stealing one of her posh pics.

In the suit, accessed by TMZ, Ms. Kardashian West is accusing phone app iHandy of using a 2017 photo of her to promote a makeup and beauty manipulation app — a photo she herself once used to promote her own beauty line.

Per the suit, iHandy claims “absurdly … that they didn't know that the unlicensed, unauthorized photo they knowingly stole and misappropriated was that of (Kim Kardashian West) ... one of the most famous and recognizable women in the world.”

The lawsuit also claims that iHandy "even had the audacity to threaten (Kim Kardashian West) not to bring claims against them for their blatant infringement, or they would go after her."
