BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Two senior executives are leaving Aon PLC amid a realignment of the brokerage’s back office and support operations.

John Zern, CEO of global health solutions and CEO of North America commercial risk and health solutions, and Cary Grace, CEO of retirement solutions and head of M&A integration, “have chosen to pursue new opportunities,” Aon said in a statement Thursday. Both executives were based in Chicago.

Mr. Zern, who headed 13,000 staff, joined Aon from Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. in 2003. Ms. Grace joined Aon from Bank of America Corp. in 2012 as head of Aon’s commercial and solutions groups.

Their roles will be folded into the responsibilities of Michael O’Connor and Eric Andersen, co-presidents of Aon, according to the statement. Mr. O’Connor will oversee health solutions and Mr. Andersen will oversee retirement solutions.

In addition, Aon announced it was adding marketing and communications, human resources, legal and finance to its Aon business services platform, which supports its client service business hubs.

The moves follow the sale of Aon’s outsourcing business in 2017 and the unification of its services under a global operating committee and single brand in 2018, the statement said.
