BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

James Few, global managing director of reinsurance at MS Amlin PLC, is stepping down to join TigerRisk Partners LLC as CEO of its London office, and Chris Beazley, CEO of MS Amlin AG, will take on additional duties as head of reinsurance, the U.K.-based insurer and reinsurer said Tuesday.

In his new role, Mr. Few will lead the Connecticut-based reinsurance brokerage’s expansion in the U.K., EMEA and beyond, and will report to Rob Bredahl, president and chief operating officer, TigerRisk said in a statement.

Prior to joining MS Amlin in 2015, Mr. Few was CEO of Aspen Re, the reinsurance arm of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd., TigerRisk said.

In his expanded role, Mr. Beazley, who splits his time between London and Zurich, will be responsible for strategy of the group’s reinsurance business, MS Amlin said in a statement.

As head of reinsurance at MS Amlin, Mr. Beazley will be supported by Dominic Peters, chief underwriting officer, and Phil Wooldridge as reinsurance lead and joint active underwriter for the group’s Lloyd’s platform, the insurer and reinsurer said.

Since joining MS Amlin in 2007, Mr. Beazley has served in various senior roles within the London marine and reinsurance businesses and launched the insurer’s operations in Singapore, as well as other roles, the statement said.
