BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Bulldog Valentines

It’s Valentine’s Day. Somebody throw this dog a bone, or rather, a “kiss” emoji on Twitter.

Churchill the Insurance Dog, United Kingdom-based car insurer Churchill Insurance Co.’s beloved cartoon bulldog mascot, is looking for love today, as announced on CNBC’s lineup of Valentine’s Day business gimmicks: from $1.28 engagement rings to Kentucky Fried Chicken’s sexy, plush bearskin rug that features Colonel Sanders’ head.

Churchill, who dedicates his Tweets to reminding drivers of winter weather driving safety and the prevalence of black ice on roads, is spending his Thursday soliciting love and affection in the form of responses from followers.

“Churchill wants to spread the love this #valentines day Oh yes!” reads the morning tweet @churchillthedog. By 10 a.m. EST, it wasn’t looking good for the pooch. With 5,870 Twitter followers, three have responded.
