Todd Burgener

JLT Re (North America) Inc., a unit of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group P.L.C., has appointed former health care risk manager Todd Burgener as executive vice president in Chicago.

Mr. Burgener will work with health care captive clients and prospects, JLT Re said Thursday in a statement. He comes to JLT Re from Northwestern Memorial HealthCare in Chicago, where he was director of corporate insurance.
