Top Aon execs sign on for another three years

Aon P.L.C. CEO Greg Case and Chief Financial Officer Christa Davies extended their employment contracts with the brokerage by three years on Wednesday.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Aon said previous employment agreements with the broker’s top executives were due to expire in 2020 but will now run until April 1, 2023, by which time Mr. Case would have been at the helm of the brokerage for close to two decades.
Mr. Case joined Aon as president and CEO in 2005, succeeding the broker’s founder and longtime CEO, Patrick G. Ryan. Prior to joining Aon, he spent 17 years at consulting firm McKinsey & Co.
Ms. Davies, a former Microsoft Corp. executive, joined Aon in 2007 and was named CFO in 2008.
She was named one of the 2008 Business Insurance Women to Watch.
