BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Pokémon Go creators catch class action lawsuit after festival failure

Pokémon Go diehards didn’t get anywhere with the popular game app at last week’s Pokémon Go Fest in Chicago, and about a dozen fans are suing the creators, according to media reports.

Cellular network failures left the game unplayable, Fortune magazine reported, leaving attendees disgruntled when they couldn’t access special premiums they’d been promised. Things got progressively worse as attendees heckled the CEO of creator Niantic Inc. when he took the stage to speak.

Niantic swiftly offered full ticket refunds and in-game credits to attendees, as well as the rare Pokémon they could have caught had there not been widespread technological failures, according to the magazine.

Meanwhile, a class action lawsuit is seeing reimbursement for attendees’ travel expenses, according to gaming news site Polygon, which accessed the suit on July 27. One of the claimants in the suit traveled from California, and others have been reported as coming from as far away as Japan, according to Fortune magazine.
