BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

President Donald Trump has nominated board member Philip A. Miscimarra as acting chairman of the National Labor Relations Board, the NLRB said Thursday.

Mr. Miscimarra, who has served as a board member since August 2013, was nominated by former President Barack Obama in April 2013. He was approved unanimously by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions and confirmed by the Senate in July 2013.

His current term expires on Dec. 16, 2017.

Before joining the NLRB, Mr. Miscimarra was as senior fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School in the Wharton Center for Human Resources in Philadelphia.  He was also a partner with Morgan Lewis & Bockius L.L.P. in Chicago.
