BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Aon completes purchase of cyber risk specialist

Aon Risk Solutions on Tuesday said it has completed its acquisition of Stroz Friedberg Inc., a New York-based global risk management firm that specializes in cyber-related issues.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stroz Friedberg works on such cyber-related issues as digital forensics, incident response and security science; investigations; eDiscovery and due diligence. It worked with Yahoo Inc. and Sony Corp. after they were hacked, a company spokeswoman said.

The firm has offices across the U.S. and in London, Zurich, Dubai and Hong Kong.

Aon said that Stroz Friedberg’s more than 550 employees will join Aon’s cyber solutions group. Michael Patsalos-Fox, Stroz Friedberg’s CEO, will become CEO and co-chair of the group. John Bruno, Aon’s executive vice president of enterprise innovation and CIO, will join Mr. Patsalos-Fox as co-chair.
