London broker outlines leadership changes

Miller Insurance Services L.L.P., London, on Thursday said it has made appointments and changes to its partnership board and subcommittees effective July 1.
Greg Collins has been named deputy CEO, and Ben Speers has been named the board’s chief operating officer, the insurance and reinsurance broker said in a statement.
Ken MacDonald will also be appointed to the board, remaining responsible for Miller’s property/casualty business unit and, in addition, serving as a member of the audit committee.
Jonathan Fussell has been named partnership secretary, according to the statement.
In addition, Miller plans to appoint Mr. Collins CEO in 2017, succeeding Graham Clarke, who will become nonexecutive chairman as Nicholas Lyons steps down, subject to regulatory approval.
The executives are based in London.
