Brokerage Integro Ltd. has acquired NPA Insurance Broking Group, Integro said in a statement Thursday.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the company said.
NPA serves corporate clients and small- and medium-sized enterprises from its Hitchin, Hertfordshire headquarters outside of London, and satellite offices in Uxbridge and Aylesbury, with annual premiums exceeding 30 million pounds ($44.6 million), said the statement
The brokerage focuses on plant hire (equipment rental) insurance and transport-related mobility insurance solutions.
NPA directors Bob Pybus, Cliff Nott and Laurence Tamplin will stay on as part of Integro’s UK retail practice, the statement said.
“NPA Insurance Broking built an impressive brand in the regional retail insurance marketplace, which serves as a great foundation for Integro to achieve our objective of becoming a leading retail brokerage in the United Kingdom,” Integro Ltd. President William Goldstein said in the statement.
New York-based Integro Ltd. has acquired London-based Howard Global Insurance Services Ltd., a Lloyd's of London broker that specializes in bloodstock, Integro announced Wednesday.
