BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

LONDON—Willis Group Holdings P.L.C. has appointed Daniel Wilkinson as CEO of its United Kingdom and Ireland division.

Willis also has named Brendan McCafferty to the newly created role of president of the division.

Mr. Wilkinson, whose appointment is effective immediately, most recently was managing director of the brokerage’s midsize corporate unit.

Mr. McCafferty is managing director of Willis United Kingdom and Ireland commercial and network business.

The division had been led, on an interim basis, by Grahame Millwater, president of Willis Group, after last week’s departure of CEO Brendan McManus.
