Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Friday that it has acquired Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a Kansas City, Missouri-based human resources consultant.
Terms of the transaction, which closed on Thursday, were not disclosed.
Founded in 1974, Integrated Healthcare provides workforce management, compensation, governance, physician relations, mergers and acquisitions, and employee engagement consulting services to clients in the health care industry.
Integrated Healthcare Chairman and CEO Bob Erra and the firm’s approximately 100 employees will continue to operate in their current locations under the direction of William Ziebell, Gallagher’s head of employee benefits consulting and brokerage in the north central region.
“The Integrated team will be a significant addition to Gallagher’s health care niche and will be a great complement to our human resource, compensation and benefit consulting operations,” said Gallagher Chairman, President and CEO J. Patrick Gallagher said in a statement.
