BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Under the health care reform law, states can set up insurance exchanges where the uninsured can use federal premium subsidies to buy coverage, while states, with federal funding support, can expand Medicaid eligibility. But Texas Gov. Rick Perry says Texas will do neither, writing in a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius that he “will not be party to socializing healthcare and bankrupting my state in direct contradiction to our Constitution and our founding principles of limited government.” Read Gov.
