BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

San Fran regulators publish Q&A on new requirements imposed on HRAs

Starting on Jan. 1, employers operating in San Francisco have had to comply with new restrictions on the use of health reimbursement arrangements to satisfy the city’s health care spending law.

Among other things, employees will have more time to use their HRA balances and have a new right to tap account balances after they terminate employment, while employers have new requirements to provide to employees a summary of contributions and reimbursement amounts.
