BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Though many U.S. companies are looking recruiting more diverse talent, very few are looking within to place current diverse employees in roles where they would be most beneficial to their organizations, according to a consultant who helps companies catering to the Hispanic market. For example, some employers may move culturally diverse employees from one area in the company to a different area where their skills are more beneficial to the company. Others might promote culturally diverse employees already in their organizations to key management positions where they can provide greater value.
